Below are detailed instructions for how to complete your registration to gain online access to your portfolio through Assetmark’s Client Investor Portal, known as eWealthManager. Click the video below showing all the steps below.
- You first should have received this email from Lynn Schwartz, GCD Senior Operations Manager, describing this process and provided you with one of your account numbers that will be needed to log in.
- You should have also received an activation email from Assetmark with the subject: “Get Online Access to Your Investment Account Information”. If you can’t find either, contact Lynn Schwartz. Click on the blue Activate now link within the Assetmark activation email.
- Select NO when asked if you currently use EWealthManager.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number. Click Next.
- Enter your Profile Information (first name, last name, phone and email)
- Enter a password, using the proper syntax indicated there, and set up your security questions. Click Save.
- Once you’ve completed these steps, you will see an indication of successful completion. There are, however, still additional steps to follow. Click on the Yellow Login eWealthManager tab.
- Enter the credentials you just created.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Terms and Conditions prompted and click I Agree. Click Next.
- You will be asked if you would like to enable 2 step verification. If you are worried about security, we recommend setting this up. If you would like to do so, click Yes.
- Change the button from OFF to ON and click Save.
- Go to your name in the top right of the screen and select Delivery Preferences. To avoid potential fees and reduce the amount of paper mailed to you, select Electronic for all items shown. Click the Button to accept Terms & Conditions and then click Save Preferences. These statements will always be available to you 24/7 in your Document Vault.
